Three cheeses a quarter, chosen by the Cowgirls to follow the seasons, some their own, some from the organic and artisan producers they’ve championed for decades, all with accompaniments to match. Cowgirl Creamery has curated cheese this way since Sue Conley and Peggy Smith founded it in a Point Reyes hay barn in 1997. The two are James Beard winners who helped build Northern California’s artisan cheese world. A standing invitation to taste the best of each season.
