Pour Me a Slice

Compelled by a deep desire to slow down from the frantic pace of corporate life, brothers-in-law Tim Welsh and Pat Ford decided to join forces in 2005 and create Beehive Cheese. Their unique creations are made from pasteurized Jersey cow milk supplied by local dairies that do not use hormones, antibiotics or chemical fertilizers.

In a collaboration with Basil Hayden distillery, Pour Me a Slice is a fun and festive take on an aged cheddar. The infusion of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey into the cheese makes for a sweet and creamy mouthfeel with a hint of bourbon spice as you near the rind. Enjoy with toasted nuts, berries and your favorite ale or cider.
