Agour is a family-run cheese company located in the heart of the French Basque Country. Peio, the second generation owner, continues his father Jean’s legacy by producing this original cheese, which is made with sheep’s milk collected from the Ossau Iraty production area.

These small wheels mature relatively quickly, offering a smooth texture and a smooth paste. The profile is grassy and sweet, with clean sheep’s milk flavors and hints of hazelnuts on the finish.
