Peekville Tomme

Many Fold Farm is a small, family-owned farm about 40 minutes south of Atlanta on the Chattahoochee River. Georgia natives Ross and Rebecca Williams are committed to educating the public about sustainable farming practices, and keep their sheep on fresh grass, rotating the flock to a new paddock every 24-36 hours.

Peekville Tomme is a unique aged cheese made from a blend of sheep and cow's milk. The paste is smooth and supple, offering aromas of grass and milk and flavors of sweet lanolin and olive.
