Using fresh organic milk from Southeastern Michigan, Zingerman's award-winning cheesemakers carefully craft a variety of both cow and goat milk cheeses.

Offering their own take on a French Bucheron, Zingerman's created Lincoln Log, a sumptuous cylinder of goat cheese. Aged for two weeks, Lincoln Log offers a fresh tanginess with underpinnings of white mushrooms.
