College of Marin Artisan Cheese Certificate Program

Headed by our head cheesemaker Maureen Cunnie, our staff has been integral in designing and delivering this program’s excellent curriculum, taught at Marin Community College's Indian Valley Campus. One of only a handful of artisan cheesemaking programs in the nation, membership is open to any individual with an interest in California cheese, including farmstead, artisan and specialty cheesemakers, small dairy producers, retailers, suppliers, chefs, and cheese enthusiasts.
