• We establish relationships with American cheesemakers and buy directly from them. Since the early beginnings of our company, we have worked with Neal's Yard Dairy in London to select and purchase cheese from England, Ireland and Scotland. Jean d'Alos, a highly respected French affineur in Bordeaux provides us with our French cheeses. We also work with speciality importers to receive an excellent variety of Italian, Spanish, Greek and Portuguese cheeses.
