Petaluma Creamery Tour
$30.00Join a tour of Cowgirl Creamery's artisan cheese making facility in historic Petaluma. Learn how cheese is made and sample Cowgirl cheeses. You’ll hear about the company, how and why it started, its connection to the local dairies and its aim to protect agriculture while making delicious cheese. You’ll see, the production process, taste cheese at different ages, and participate in a hands-on demonstration of making curd. Each visitor receives a bag of cheese samples to take home. The tour starts at 11:30am and runs about an hour.
Reservations must be made online or by calling 866.433.7834 (M-F 8am to 4pm). The maximum group is 24 so spaces fill up fast.
All tours are Wednesday 11:30am.
