Fromage, queso, formaggio, paneer... the world's cheesemakers have been hard at work for centuries defining the practices and flavors we enjoy today. This club introduces three artisan cheeses, hand selected by the Cowgirls, each month for three months. 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of cheese in each shipment.

Club Schedules. Clubs can be started at any time - just choose the first ship date on the calendar that will appear during your ordering process. Recipients will get a list of susequent delivery dates - usually the third Wednesday of each month. Delivery dates can be changed to fit anyone's schedule - club recipient just needs to give us a call and we will send it at a time that is convenient.

Club Gift. The first shipment includes a special gift. This year, we selected a beautiful cheese book written by one of our favorite experts, Max MacCalman, Mastering Cheese: Lessons for True Connoisseurship from a Maitre Fromager.
