collection. We've selected cheese from the east coast, the west coast and
across the pond for you to enjoy:
Cowgirl Creamery PIERCE PT (10oz), our seasonal
fall/winter whole milk cheese, washed in a wine Muscat and rolled in dried
herbs, has a mellow, soft and full flavor; Neal's Yard Dairy LINCOLNSHIRE POACHER
(8oz), aged at least eighteen to twenty-four months, this meaty, clothbound
cheddar is made with raw cow milk and has a hint of pineapple and Valley Shepherd Creamery OLDWICK TOME
(12oz), a mold-ripened raw sheep milk cheese from rural New Jersey, made in
the style of a Basque mountain cheese.
