Fall Harvest

The Fall Harvest Collection

Certain cheese are best at certain times of the year.  Aged autumn cheeses are made with sweet Summer milk and the young ones are from the rich milk of Autumn.  Our Fall Harvest Collection includes:

1. The Cowgirl Creamery Pierce Point, a semi-firm cheese washed in muscato wine and rolled in dried herbs which is released just after Labor Day and is only available in Fall and Winter.

2. Lincolnshire Poacher, a meaty aged sharp cheddar from the Cotswolds in England is perfect with the season’s harvest of apples and pears.

3. Oldwick Tome, a Pyrenees style aged sheep milk cheese from the Valley Shepherd Creamery in New Jersey is at its peak this time of year.
