Mother's Day

It seems fitting that Mother's Day falls in such a beautiful time of year.  Mother Nature's nurturing is in full display with the flowering trees, budding plants and a flurry of activity within the bird community.  Cheesemaking involves a lot of nurturing, too, so we turned our sights to some cheeses that we feel sure will bring a smile to the special mothers and women in your life. Summer Cheese Club
The bounty of summer fruits and vegetables presents endless possibilities for cheese pairings.  So we decided it was time for us to create a three month Summer Club that will feature cheeses, some of which are only available in the summer months, to inspire summer menus.  In June, July and August, we will send a club collection of three cheeses, along with one of the fresh cheeses that we make at our creamery – Fromage Blanc, Clabbered Cheese and Creme Fraiche.  Aged and fresh, the cheeses will fit right into great summer menus. is Mother's Day!

Take a look at our special Mother's Day Collection and the new Summer Cheese Club.  Order both and the moms in your world will have cheese from May through August!

Wines of the Loire Valley - Tomales Bay Foods, Pt Reyes
Take a journey down the Loire Valley with Nicolas Griffin of Beaune Imports as we explore the wonderful variety of wines this region of France has to offer. Accompanying the wines will be a full cheese tasting, paired by Michael Zilber of Cowgirl Creamery. This event is a benefit for the Papermill Creek Children's Corner Pre-School.
