Cowgirl Creamery

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, our head is naturally filled with thoughts of cheese, romance, flowers and a glass of wine. To complete the picture, the Cowgirls have created HEART'S DESIRE, a triple-cream that will win anyone’s love. Shaped like a heart, this soft-ripened cheese is named after the beach located in Tomales Bay State Park; secluded and romantic, our friends Lenny and Chris were married there just a few short years ago. HEART'S DESIRE cheese is only available this month as part of our Valentine's Day Collection; a collection that includes Jasper Hill's Constant Bliss, Redwood Hill's Camellia, Tcho Chocolate and a handmade Howard Foote Board on which to serve it all.
