Polka Dots on Green Plaid Pasture

Wildflowers peeking through a patchwork of green grasses provide endless snacking for the young calves born in Spring. The mother cows, dining on the thick green grasses of Spring, provide both calves and cheesemakers with the sweetest milk of the year. This month, for our Picnic Days Collection, we selected our Cowgirl Creamery MT TAM triple creme (8oz), Cypress Grove’ soft-ripened goat cheese, Fog Light (8oz), and Landaff (8 oz), a Caerphilly style cow milk cheese from the Cellars at Jasper Hill. The cheese comes packed in an insulated cooler with a jar of Sour Cherry Preserves to serve alongside. Spread out the picnic blanket and enjoy your cheese with a glass of dry Rose’ wine in celebration of Spring. Order here.
