Gran Levante

From start to finish, Gran Levante is a cheese made by the Levante Family Dairy in Southern Lombardy. The farm not only grows its own GMO-free hay, and raises and milks its own animals, it also produces and ages this classic Grana-style cheese.

Gran Levante is a hard, slightly granular cow's milk cheese. After 18 months of aging, it offers sweet pineapple flavors, and is the perfect cheese for grating or adding to an antipasto plate.
