June Taylor has been hand-making a range of delicious and unusual
organic preserves and confectionary for 20 years. The small scale of
her production reflects her belief in close, detailed work. Working
with one assistant, June cuts the fruit by hand and produces just
six to eight jars per batch, each one of which is hand-ladled and
labeled.
Each delivery of your club includes over a pound of a different
seasonally-appropriate cheese, plus cheese-friendly preserves,
crostini or crackers. All you need is a bottle (or two) of wine and
