Sign up for the culture centerfold club and receive two 8-ounce rounds of Dinah's Cheese, made by Kurt Timmermeister at his farm on Vashon Island, near Seattle. This remarkable cheese is made from the organic milk of his small herd (just four!) of Jersey cows. Cheeses are chosen by the editorial staff of culture magazine, and shipped to you by Cowgirl Creamery.
